Ayesha Harruna Attah

Ayesha Harruna Attah grew up in Ghana but was educated at Mount Holyoke College and Columbia University in the US. In 2011 she received an MFA in Creative Writing from NYU. Her first novel, Harmattan Rain, was shortlisted for the 2010 Commonwealth Writers’ Prize, Best First Book Africa Region. Saturday’s Shadows is her second novel.
